Overall
Ding, the 2027 stem, is Geng Shen's Direct Officer — Fire refining Metal, the classic pairing: order, duty, rank and reputation, and for a woman the partner star in its steady form. A Rock of Iron at its own Official stage has the strength to carry a post, and the year offers one. The Goat below carries Direct Resource, so the post comes with paperwork and a senior hand, and Direct Wealth, a modest harvest inside the duty. 未 Wei has no fixed relation to your Monkey, so home and body stay level. Geng reaches Wei at Cap and Belt — ready to wear the uniform.
Officer years suit a pillar that cannot talk around anything: the organisation wants someone who does what was agreed, and this year it says so with a title. Take it, learn the rules before you enforce them, and practise the short soft word at home — softness was always the homework. Act in Jia Chen (from Apr 5), Ji You (from Sep 8), Geng Xu (from Oct 8) and Ren Zi (from Dec 7); take care in Ren Yin (from Feb 4), Gui Mao (from Mar 6) and Xin Hai (from Nov 8); Yi Si (from May 6) is mixed.
Love
For a woman of this pillar, Direct Officer on the year stem is the partner star in plain view: a responsible, principled person, or a steadier chapter with the one you have, and a year that favours making it official. For a man, Direct Wealth hides in the Goat — present, quiet, easily missed. Monkey and Goat have no fixed relation, so the relationship is as warm as the words you offer; offer short ones, often.
Money
Officer years pay by salary and grade, and Direct Wealth in the Goat keeps it steady rather than large: the raise, the fixed-rate contract, the pension contribution done properly. Resource in the same branch favours spending on credentials and documents that protect what you earn. Keep large purchases and new borrowing out of the Ren Yin month (from Feb 4), when the Tiger clashes your Monkey, and read anything signed in the Yi Si month (from May 6) twice.
Work and study
Military and police, technology, law, sport — the fields of decision and principle — reward Geng Shen this year with rank: the promotion, the licence, the titled responsibility. Cap and Belt at Wei says you can carry it. Learn the politics as well as the rules, and deliver the decision quietly; the same call lands better without the hammer. The Jia Chen (from Apr 5) and Ren Zi (from Dec 7) months are your trine months for applications.
Home, partner and body
Shen and Wei have no fixed relation, so the household is calm ground — neither the year's battlefield nor its refuge — and the calm is worth using: fixed meals, a shared calendar, the check-up you keep postponing. Officer years are heavy on responsibility and light on rest; guard sleep, keep the shoulders and back moving, and treat the Xin Hai month (from Nov 8), a Harm month, as one for maintenance rather than milestones.
